Gather Health is a new primary care provider for older adults on Medicare. We are a part of and from your community. We respect and value your time. We are focused on what you need, when and where you need it—whether that’s seeing you at home, virtually or at our practice. You don’t have to wait to get in for an appointment and once you’re there, we listen and give you the time that's needed. Our practice also serves as a community gathering place for events, classes and getting to know our neighbors—because our care is much more than medical.
