Jason is licensed to originate residential loans in Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, Florida, and Massachusetts, where he maintains strong ties within many of the metropolitan Boston neighborhoods. He is also actively involved in the Greater Boston Association of Realtors, South Shore Chamber of Commerce, Hanover Chamber of Commerce (where has been an active board member), the Boston University Alumni Community, the Friends of Boston’s Homeless, and hosts a weekly real estate podcast (“Finance with Factor”). After years in Boston, Somerville, and Medford, Jason currently resides in Hanover, MA with his wife, Kat, and kids, Drew, Ryan, and Evan.
